I got the flip turns, I got the flip turns, I got the flip turns!!! Just so excited that today, I got the flip turns down. I've been struggling with that for quite a while and today -- SUCCESS! I was able to do 5 laps using flip turns. Don't misunderstand me, these weren't the most graceful, perfect flip turns ever done, but they got the job done...well, a couple almost didn't when I was too far away from the wall and barely touched a toe.

Secondly, here comes the weekend. I really am struggling keeeping on track during the weekends.

So, here's my plan:
1) There will be good, high-quality protein foods available for breakfast and lunch.
2) I will go to Hot Yoga on Saturday.
3) I will go to the gym on Sunday.
4) If I go off for the day, I will pack some food.
5) I will record every bite that passes my lips - I have the freakin' phone app, I have no excuse.
6) I won't eat anything that hasn't been weighed or measured first. No estimations.
7) I will drink 1 gallon (16 glasses) of water each day.

I can do that for two days! I KNOW I can.

Looks like our trip to the Iron Horses is getting post-poned. :-( There's a huge concert there this Saturday and we don't want to get caught up in that crap. Oh well, I'll make Phil go walking with me somewhere...maybe to see the waterfalls near our house.
