So this is day five of watching what I eat. Doing good. It's now not a matter of just doing it, it's also a possibility of saving my own life. I'm dealing with a heart issue and if they have to operate then my weight could be an issue.So why take the chance when I can help myself. If that isn't motivation enough for me then nothing ever will be.
