I finally hit one of my goals and passed it. It has been a long time coming but I can say that persistence pays off. This is the lowest weight I have been since I topped at 343 lbs. Now I'm focused at losing another 14 lbs so I can get to 264 where I weighted 19 yrs ago. It's amazing how good one feels.

Took way too long but I did it. I have finally have hit one of my weight loss goals. I have now loss 63lbs from when I was my heaviness. Now to work on a new goal.

Overall the week went pretty good. Only had one day that I didn't stay on plan. Walking also helped.

Been doing good.I can finally just seeing a difference. My energy has spiked quite a bit but do to a heart issue my breathing won't let me go overboard with exercising. The goal now is to keep going as I am very motivated to lose more lbs.
