Started an egg-fast diet on the 21st of June. It has resulted in over 5lbs lost in that time. It has takened my stalled weight loss and put it back on trak. Woot!
139.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
