I really need to stop overestimating my hunger... *sigh*
Always have a habit to order extra when I am feeling really hungry although I'm always full halfway through the meal
178.4 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
