Happy to see that I lost 1.2 lbs this week. Go figure that when I decide to gain weight and try to double my calorie intake that I lose. I am actually thinking that I have not been eating enough to begin with. I've had little energy and I felt like I was not getting anywhere with my workouts. I hoping to get about 4000 calories today and be able to plow through my abs plus class tonight at the Y. I'll rest tomorrow and go for a good high intensity cardio workout on Saturday. I go on vacation in two weeks so maybe I'll be able to get a little more ripped for the beach by then. I just hope we can afford to get the fidge stocked. Between how much my kids eat and me now drastically uping my intake it should be a challenge to try to keep this up.
