Gotta get back on track after 2 vacations, not recording and not entering in journal I was way off track. I have to learn to stay focused and at least if nothing else to record my intake.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
