I tried a new restaurant/fast food type of place called Genghis Grill. If you have never been, it is a really good place where you can control your portions and what exactly goes into your food-as if you were to make it at home. Its almost like stir-fry, but without the fat. I had the bayou bowl and used brown rice instead of white rice, had lots of veggies and put chicken, shrimp, and cod in my bowl...with a lil spice for the burning effect. It was yummy! And surprisingly I ate all of it!! I think I calculated my meal points out to be about 10-11 WW pts. The rice has the most points, even being brown!! Sheesh!

Now that dinner is over, I still have 5 points left for my daily WW...what should I have for dessert?!!? Hmmmm...
