Yesterday went well again. Still hitting the water hard. When you drink alot of water, you always feel better. Today I have studio time, but I am gonna stick within my limits. Trying not to use my flex points till the weekend, if at all. I have 35 still. Also, had another awesome work out yesterday. Unfortunately, no time today.

Thats ok, you need to switch things up or rest anyway. Just don't make it a pattern or get to busy to fit it in at all!
