This morning I woke up at 9:00. I scrambled an egg with shallots, bell pepper and garlic. I added a slice of ham and made a sandwich with natures own multigrain sandwich rounds. I drank a bottle of water and ate an orange. I went to the gym and walked for an hour and stretched afterwards for ten.
I missed lunch because I went to the grocery store. I also had to make a stop at mcdonalds for my husband so I got about 5 strawberries washed them off and ate them. I proud because I didn’t even eat a fry. Right now it is 3:08 and I’m doing housework. I’m eating popcorn so I won’t starve myself. Later I plan to eat a chicken salad. Not quite sure what I will add…..gotta get to work!
