My challenge is for sure keeping me on the straight and narrow..the weight's coming off with each effort and I'm so grateful..and a little fearful of that dreaded plateau that tends to set in with every few pounds lost! Yesterday's strength training even tho it was just an hour, can totally be felt today!! I loved the three abs moves--nope, I HATE them! They make me sore, but I sure do feel my entire core is sore, so just 3 abs moves and they work! (They are side-plank/bridge, abs bicycle, and woodchopper with weights). Even the weight dropped by a pound today, and I'm back to the green-color..AND I DAMN BETTER KEEP IT GREEN from this point on!! Only 10 pds to go to my first goal!! And only 5 pounds before I win this challenge!!! If I keep guessing my body with different exercises and weights, hopefully it won't get into a plateau. And I'm going to be completely OFF junk, alcohol, desserts, and anything else beyond my 20 points/20 carbs!

I had my fast today all day--only coffee and water allowed. So didn't feel like going to the gym, but did manage to do some workout at home at 11.20 pm before breaking the fast!!! I did 3 sets of woodchoppers with 3 pound weights (two total), of 20 reps each; then bicep curls 3 sets, shoulder lateral raises 3 sets, and chest pushes with flyes 3 sets.

I am hoping to see some weight loss tomm due to the fast and the weight training (even tho it wasn't much!). Tomorrow a full schedule in the gym.

My midnight meal was a scrambled egg with meatless crumbles, brocolli slaw, butter, cheese, in a low-carb tortilla with sour cream, salsa, and halopenos.

You are only 0.2 pounds from your all time low. Try hard to break past that point and you will be almost home free. :-) Keep up the GREAT work!

Congrats on the loss and YAY for being in the GREEN! Good job on the exercise too. Did you really just have coffee and water yesterday? WOW! Don't know if I could do that. Anxious to see how it worked out for you on the scale. :-)
