Second day of trying to go to Pilates at 7:00 a.m. and I slept in again...dang, I need to get my butt out of the bed when the alarm goes off. Of course, it doesn't help that Seattle is having the crappiest summer weather of all time. Right now it's 60 and rainy. That makes it very hard to get out of the bed when it's cold and dreary out.
There's no Saturday pilates class this weekend. I guess I'll try out hot yoga. I really need to get my stretch on.
