I'm hungry, yet I'm not hungry. Maybe I should drink something. The heatwave has passed so much nicer outside today and sounds like it will be for the next week or so. Yeah!

I do weigh myself everyday, it helps me to just keep an eye better on what I am doing to stay on track. I'm very happy with my weight loss so far. I am hoping to be down at least another 8 lbs by Aug 12th.
I am technically down 6.5lbs since mid june and my goal was to be down 15 by Aug 12th, more would be great but I am trying to be realistic.
I am able to start up my walking again since my knee injury so I'm sure that will help considerably. Can't do one without the other at my age :(

ugh, my back is spasmodic today. Still hungry but nothing sounds good. I just want to go back to bed.
