Had a tough workout this morning...for some reason the iTRAIN workout was harder today than it was on Thursday but once again I made it through.
Unfortunately, my boyfriend just cancelled on me for tonight - he has to spend the night at his mother's. I'm feeling a little bummed about that but I think I'm going to go do something nice for myself - maybe buy a couple of things at Old Navy - to help get over it. Ah! Retail therapy!

But the good news is that you made thru your workout. I'm going to check this itrain and see if I can use it. And you mentioned Mike Vick in my journal and did you know that the Philadelphia Eagles signed him Thursday night. Okay what he did was wrong and just beyond stupid and some people are angry at the Eagles for signing him but I live near Philly and if he helps them win a Superbowl they'll name a kennel after him lol. Maybe not but you get the idea.

Vick signing with the Eagles was exactly what I was talking about...I see your point but I'm from Jersey so anything that keeps the Giants from getting to the big game makes me growl like one of Vick's fighting dogs - ha!
Do check out the iTRAIN stuff...they have workouts for treadmill and other stuff too.
