This is SO unfair, my weight is supposed to be going DOWN, not UP. so I'm furious!
I didn't even have any beer yesterday, nor any afters, or any chocolate, in fact, no snacks at all. I just ate purple sweet potatoes and beyond meat meatballs. all vegan. GGrrrrrrrr!!!!!!
And we went for big long walks with the dogs
this is Jayce, a muddy dog!

keep consistent with the low calories and the exercise and check your weight next week. I'd stick to a whole food vegan diet, don't worry about carbs but concentrate on calories. I try to stick around 1,200 calories a day.

Sometimes happen, the body assests. Next week may be better 🙂

When drinking alcohol, liver will process that first (as it is a poison) and deal with food afterwards. Essentially, eat less food on alcohol days as unprocessed food will be stored as FAT.
