I don't know what is going on with my body. It's like I have hit a stand still with losing weight. I'm not giving up. Anybody have any suggestions?
178.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I don't know how long you've been exercising or if you are doing the same type of exercises, but you should try to change it up. If you run all the time, then you should try swimming, cycling, or some other type of cardio exercise. Maybe you might want to incorporate some weight lifting also. I don't know what your goals are, but the main point is to change it up a little bit. I hope this helps, good luck.

Are you journaling? Studies show we can overestimate what we eat by 30% or more. Are you eating enough? Too low in calories and you can slow your metabolism. Are you eating too many processed foods (too much sodium). Do you get enough fruits, veggies, lean dairy and protein? Do you drink water? Are you exercising? The above poster is correct. Change things up. Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of 3 big ones. Zig zag your calories each day. Eat 1000 one day and 1300 the next (example). Change up your exercise routine. The most important thing is to be honest with yourself. Are you doing what your are supposed to be doing to lose the weight? All those BLT (bites,licks and tastes) add up. Good luck!
