I was very lucky to weigh a pound less this AM because I had a full blown case of the munchies last night.

Drink more - save some calories from dinner to have a cup of cocoa or something tasty to drink. I also find that I get hungry when it is time to go to sleep - kind of a stalling tactic my brain uses to stay awake!

LOL...NO you are NOT alone...although the big "give in" I had yesterday was Mid-afternoon!!! But, BB, I am convinced..you have "got this"...and you are going to be just fine going forward...learned just today celery is a great food for when we are "under stress"....and I like celery...but in all honesty...I have never CRAVED celery.
Going to see if I can re-train my mind on that one. :)

I have been drinking water rather than eating after dinner. It helps keep me from eating, but I sometimes have too much water right before bed. Perhaps it is not for everyone... :)

Could it be that chocolate chips and peanut butter don't taste like celery and a slice of apple???? Tell you what I will think of you BEFORE I indulge and maybe that we remind me that if I eat it, I will not show a loss tomorrow. You can think of me and I am sure you will say, "heck Gwen won't care, she's probably munching on Chico chips herself" (lol)
