Back from an awesome vacation in Cali at my BFF, Badandee's place. It was one of the best vacations of my life!!! A great combination of energetic workouts including gym, bootcamp, bowling, golfing, biking, swimming, and dancing..with good, healthy meals (cooked with loving care), and rich fruits and luscious wines and drinks...sun, lots of greenery, love and laughs from a family-away-from-my-family! Psstt..wanna hear a best-kept secret in town? Al & Vickie's home/resort on a vineyard and hospitality are the best thing in town! Get in visiting line, and I'll ask them to start their own tourism biz! :)
I have FS to thank for introducing me to my amazing friend!! I was gonna wait to make my thank-you speech when I lost all my weight and appeared at the FS-Academy awards, but what the heck, now's as good a time as any to count my blessings ! :)
I'll try and post some pics soon..meanwhile, just wanted to note a quick journal entry and let ya'll know I'm back!!! Hope ya'll missed me!!!!! I sure did miss you guys!! We kept talking about our FS buddies (and mentioned them by name--how spooky!!)..and kept talkign about all the references related to FS!!!! What nerds, eh? ;)
Meanwhile, I'm back and ready to get down to biz...I've started my new diet and workign out. Day 2 of workout today. Plan to go to the gym daily (after being motivated by the bootcamp in Cali), and also start water aerobics (since I now know how to float thanks to my new lessons from BA).. Also, I have a new competition with Leesah (BA's daughter) to lose 10 pds by Oct 1, so IT'S ON LIKE POPCORN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S: I hear BA's been talkin trash about me here while I wasn't lookin! Well, lemme tell ya...she ain't no saint!!!! An incorrigible brat, that girl is!!!! But crazy as she is, you'd love her if you ever meet her!! :)
Ok, off to being good...and to go check on how ya'll have been in my absence!! You better have been good..er..bad!! ;)
