It was hard to get up this morning. I think I might be coming down with a cold. Not entirely sure but I feel bleh. I am still going to workout and such but it's going to be slow. No matter though...I have to keep pushing and keeping my goal in sight regardless of what others think about them. I am hoping that the optimism and positivity will only increase as I make working out a consistency and such. I remember when I was doing really well with the P90X program. I felt so upbeat and such so I would like to get back to that. :)

Good for you! You just do what you do and don't worry what other people think because you're the one living your life in your skin. I like your goals, I think those are very reasonable and realistic.
