It's been a great day so far and I am hoping to finish strong. I am not sure why but I have felt very motivated. Maybe it's because things are starting to fall into place in a great way. Though my future is a bit uncertain still, I am positive that it will work out for the best for a number of reasons that I won't go into detail on here. I love this positivity. :)

Daily Summary *Focus T25: Stretch today. It was nice and felt sooo good, especially on my calves which have been really tight lately. Not sure why but the stretch helped out immensely.
Plank: 10 second plank. This is a breeze for me but I do enjoy planking because of my youngest. She is so encouraging that it makes me smile. :)
Kettlebell: I wasn't feeling too great last night so I forwent the workout and went to bed.
