Yesterday I had popcorn because I was dying for some variety...it apparently didn't completely sabotage my efforts but I will try to be more controlled next time a craving hits.

I am finding ONLY veggies/fruits boring. I will be looking at the recipes Fuhrman has in the book 'cuz plain steamed veggies and heaping salads with little to no dressing are getting "old." I'm actually eager to try out a stew or soup recipe. Will go shopping for ingredients today if the car cooperates.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
