Since around the 10th, I've really been following the all veggies/fruit while I finish off left-over yogurts/salmon I'm not surprised at 2 pound loss by today. I hope now that I'm squarely on the diet (exception today was 1 Gr. yogurt I forgot about and one salmon fillet I will have tomorrow)I will continue to lose steadily.

Can honestly say that it's HARD to consume 2 pounds of veggies, 4 fruits...so much chewing! Bright side is I do NOT feel deprived...and amazingly have not craved any breads/sweets like I usually did when following lo-carb diets. Once I get all the veggies down I'm so stuffed! And the sensation lasts a long time so I honestly haven't felt like snacking.

I have 2-3 fruits for breakfast, 1 giant salad for lunch/dinner. I have to add 1 cup beans today as I forgot about them yesterday. Oh, and I bought flaxseed and b12 supplements. Took 1 tbsp of flaxseed in lunch salad today and 1 b12 sublingual.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
