Walked 3.1 miles today. I was so zoned out, I totally forgot to walk that little extra loop to make it 3.3. No biggie. Pace was still just 3.1 mph, so I'm adjusting my exercise diary to 3 mph. The somewhat lower pace has to be due to the heat - it was 90 when I finished and it's as humid as can be with almost no breeze and full sun.

I've already eaten too many peanuts today - gotta stop that. I really don't want to have to keep them out of the house, as they do fulfill a purpose, but maybe I'm just deluding myself.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Sandy, at least you went for a walk today, I didn't even do that! All I managed to accomplish was actually getting my gear ready to swim tomorrow! So, my dear, I have a question for you...How many peanuts do you figure you should have a day? Maybe, since you like them soooo much, you may have to just allow for them in your food plan, or do you already? There are certain things I know I have to make room for, like my after supper snack...that's just the way it is & I know it so I try to allow for it. Maybe, figure out as best as you can, or just start someplace with a quantity, like an ounce or so & have them only at a specific time of day maybe? I don't know, just throwing out some ideas for you. I just hate to see you torment yourself with those tasty, but addictive nuts!

Not a bad idea, Dar. I work pretty well using a "specific time of the day" routine, as I've done Atkins bars that way and I'm also currently replacing desserts with a Diet Snapple. Measuring out a quantity is no big deal, so perhaps I can work it as a reward...stay on plan and no nuts before whatever time and then I earn the reward. This has possibilities....thanks.
