Really annoyed with myself yet again, I know where I went wrong, it swas scoffing 2 packets of burnt sugar fudge and some After Eights, my daughter sent them as a treat but I don't think I was supposed to eat them all at once. Never mind they have gone now and the only way up down is down hopefully anyway
