I had a wonderful day. We took out the kayak and neither one of us sank it! It was fun and much easier than I thought it would be. I just need to find a seat with more support in it for my back, No biggie. Than we (hubby, son, and I) took my mom out to dinner. We went to Asian Fusion and I ate and ate. I had clams, oysters, snow crabs and pretty much stayed on track. I might go a few carbs over 20 today but not by much. I skipped the veggies, except for cucumbers there because they were all prepared. I didn't know the sugar content or how they cooked them. At least I had a serving of cukes. Much better day today than yesterday. Happy Mother's day to all the mothers out there.
