Feeling great in my body! I have exercised for the last 10 consecutive days and I am getting to the point where I am running again for 1 hour straight at 5 on my treadmill. As for my challenges, I am getting good sleep, brainstorming on some different rewards, definitely drinking all of my water, and eating within my points!
