No loss or gain today, still at 99.9 kgs. Still under 100! Let's stay there. I would love if I could already now proclaim: "Never, EVER, again a three digit weigh-in!".
Life is good!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 121.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
