Of course, the MASSIVE weight loss yesterday had to include some water imbalance. Today, I am up 300 grams, but still under 100 kgs! I hope I can stay under - that would be so cool.
Life is good!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 121.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
