Yayeeee---now if I can keep it in this direction, I'll be happy. It is slow getting to my first goal, but achieving it. The second goal is the big climb. That's where I'd like to lose 80 pounds. It will take a while to get there, but slow and steady, right?

Slow and steady is definitely the way to go, especially if you want to keep the weight off. Just a friendly pointer though - your goal weight is quite low. It is really important to have goals that can actually be reached by still being healthy :)

Look how far you've already come! When you get overwhelmed, just look at your progress. You're somewhere on the road between where you were and where you want to be. :-)

Thanks. I am really really trying. I have to admit, I could do better by adding exercise, but I am waiting until I hit my first goal. My goal weight isn't really low for me. I was always 105 growing up. When I met my husband 15 years ago, I was barely 108. I have a small frame under all this fat. LOL. I know I can do it! 120 is my goal. It's going to take some time getting there, but I'll do it!
