Made doctors appts. yesterday. Today have a mammogram (ouch) and forgot "no deodorant" rule and scheduled a client lunch beforehand. Oh dear. Will have to count on wet ones and keep my arms from flapping when I talk.
Tomorrow to deal with vision and headaches. Tri-focals maybe? Still waiting to hear back from the GI doc to schedule follow-up tests. Also found a new endocrinologist-a woman this time. Maybe she will be more empathetic re: my "bitchy baldie" syndrome.
Everyone I know is going on vacation! I am so bummed. I am going to try to get a long weekend in as soon as new employee is up to speed and I can leave him alone for a few days.
Crikey-it's hammer time! Gotta run!

OMG!! This is really weird! I am having a mammogram done today too! Hope we don't get "squeezed" too hard....LOL . We gotta do what we gotta do though for our health. I have to get my eyes checked too. Haven't done that for a while now. Hope your new endocrinologist works out for you. I have found that women doctors are definitely more empathetic. Therefore, my gyno and family doctor are women. Hope the new guy works out and gets up to speed soon so that you can get a little vacation! Have a good day Sister!

Can I say that now that I've lots 20 lbs (most of it from the boobage), that mammogram was freakishly easy! The only issue was mortification when I had to raise one arm after the other to assume the position after sitting and sweating in 90 degree heat without deodorant! Oy vey

LOL. Densible you're funny. Love your sense of humor. It's great that you're getting the full check up! How did it go w/the vision, H/A? Did you go see a neurologist or something? How about GI, Endocrinologist?
