Well, tried my best to calculate my calories. It's the best I could do. If anything, I calculated too much because I know I didn't put 1/4 of each veggie on my salad. LOL. I'd rather put more than less in my journal, though.

Exercise. YES YES YESSSSSS!!! LOL. Not in my journal, but I exercised! I hurt! LOL. I took my 13 year old to the mall to shop (several hours) and then we went to 2nd and Charles for more shopping! Don't let anyone fool you. That is exercise. Here's our success: Alisha got a new pair of Apple Ear Buds (she doesn't like any others). We went to JCP where she got a pair of Nike shorts for tennis, two Fusion (?) shorts for tennis, two Nike shirts for tennis, four other shirts (2 t-shirts and 2 stylish shirts). Headed to Barnes and Noble--5 books. Headed to Hop Topic--two band t-shirts and a bracelet. Went to Ruby's for dinner. Headed to 2nd and Charles--all she wanted was six pins. I bought Lucas a Dr. Who shirt and I came home with a lot more music from 2nd and Charles. Doesn't sound like much, but cha-ching--it set me back quite a bit. Exercise isn't cheap--haha.

Sippin' a glass of white wine right now. Time to burn my music and Sync my Ipod. Wow--the Omega's in that fish are making me smart--haha (not!). It's been a great day and I'm just hoping everyone else here is having just as much fun!

Glad you had a good day Jillzee. Thanks for your support as well. My family & I went to the new outlet malls today. Found nothing in my size as usual. However, I didn't walk away feeling sorry for myself. Didn't get mad. I turned it around & used it to get even more motivated to keep climbing. I may go there more often now.

Jonathon--a great way of looking at your day! Shopping is a lot of exercise, if you look at how long you are walking--distance and hours. When our Mall first opened, they had a little walking group in the mornings that walked together. I haven't hit the outlet stores yet. We have some at the beach and we have some in an Amish section in another state. I always forget to take Alisha there! Thanks for reminding me!
