I think this is my first journal entry here....anyway, all the girls at the workout place I use are on Daily Burn. But I hate their app and it doesn't work for me. So I am sticking with Fat Secret.

I hiked over 9 miles this weekend while we were camping. As you can see my fat intake was a little high but I must have burned it off well because I lost 2 lbs. this week. Go me!!

Guess there is no need for me to post my calories, etc here because you can go look at my food intake for that. Today was my "day off" so no exercise. Tomorrow though, I am right back to it at class again. 4 days a week for class and 2 walks/hikes on the weekend is my goal for now. Gonna start working on intervals for those weekend walks though so that they aren't so easy.

By the way, this is the beginning of week 3 for me in my most recent adventure to lose the weight and keep it off.
