So I havn't updated my food journal or exercise journal, but I've improved with more intnse exercises 6 days a week plus cardio 5 days a week. I have also improved my eating which helps a lot and makes me g=feel a lot better through out the day. One more doctor's visit and 11 pounds left to lose until school starts again. When I graduate, I'll be a new me and reay to try for falcons cheer! My goal is to be 115 again, but 125 before school starts. Doing very well and so excited! Just 5 more weeks to go!

Wow girl, you are doing amazing! I wish you'd update your food diary more - would love to see what you are doing. You've lost so much in a short period of time. Keep rocking girl, you're already down 10 lbs!!!!

haha thanks. I will try. It's just so time consuming. I normally just write it in my journal at home. I just try to eat no more than 1200 cal a day and watch my carbs and fat. Drink 70 oz of water a day and burn 1200 a day at the gym .About 60 min of cardio, 30 min of abs and 30 of weight lifting. Sometimes I'll switch it up to walking the neighborhood, swimming, or whatever to trick ,y body and make working out more fun.
