So happy. I went down a wee bit today. I have a nine pounds and a few ounces until my first goal (200). Once I hit 200, I have to step it up. I can't step it up by reducing calories because that would be too low and too unhealthy (except my cheat days, which have been once a week). I'm going to have to step it up with exercise. I have my own little home routine, but I would like to go to the gym a few times a week. I like the weight equipment there!

Thanks Glen! I am hopeful! I wish it would be by the end of next week, but by the way it looks, it will take a month--if I'm good. LOL. I am going to do it, though!

Jonathon--Thank you so much. You brought happy tears to my eyes. I so want to do this! I want to be skinny and wear nicer clothes. I think my little girl (13 years old) is embarrassed by me. I'm not sure, but I just have a feeling. I'm hoping by winter to be able to buy myself a pair of "Uggs" and look nice in jeans.
