Well the weight is coming off as predicted.
Today I feel euphoric and have had no food cravings unlike Monday and Tuesday.
Tuesdays Headache has not returned.
Actually looking forward to serving of soup and a banana when I get home tonight, not becuase I'm hungary but becuase I quite like the taste of the soup now (unlike Tuesday).
