Very surprised this morning. I expected an increase because of the weekend. Going to cut back tonight a little more. I've been in a fun partying mood and the Holiday is over now. I'm going to eat a smaller portion of fish and only have one glass of wine. I've been having 2-3 and that's way too much. One is good, then have my after dinner coffee :) Hopefully, that will help with the calories, too.
