I am SO grateful to be back on my plan. How strange to realize that five days of eating whatever was really too much for me. I just didn't feel well, although had some great meals in LA. But today, as soon as I could, I went to the grocery and stocked up on all the healthy stuff I should be eating. What a great lesson to learn: I'm hooked on this diet.
