Whilst cleaning the shower at the weekend my left knee popped out of joint. Ouch, definately not an experience I want to repeat, but also a message that I shouldnt ignore. I am just way too heavy and need to drop the weight.
Have been steadily gaining weight for about a year and ignoring it. dont have any special goal like a holiday or special event, just need to get healthier.
