did an hour of pretty intense ddr
third day of doing 30 squats a day, and both today and yesterday were hell to do them. quads way sore from the first day still.
15 push-ups
120 crunches
headed to dad's this evening to spend the next three days working on the cabin. we always work our asses off, but we always end up eating tons of great food too. so we'll see how it goes.
