I rely on protein powder a lot to get enough grams each week. I like the soy protein, so I get it from a local Herbalife gal. In the begining (2 years ago) when I started this process for REAL, she tested my body fat with the electronic pluse thing. At that time I was 248lbs and 42% body fat according to her device. I redid it last night and at 209lbs I was 25.7% body fat. According to the machine my goal weight is a bit out there as it was reading I had 158lbs of muscle, bone, water, blood, etc. My goal weight it 160. I do want to get down a bit more as far as body fat, but I think I might up my goal weight by 10-15 lbs, given what I found out. As a baseline, this made me feel good. I know there is a percentage of error in these things, but baseline consistancy still helps, like using the same scale everytime even if it is off a bit.

My back is still giving me some grief, so I am going a bit easy on the running, but this was good motivation for the weekend.
