Me too, Nic! I don't have a lot of vices, but coffee is the one I won't give up. The good thing is now they say it's good for me! My body has told me that for years, lol!

Everybody just left for first day back to school in a few weeks. I have a big mug of coffee and the house is quiet. Life is good. Until tomorrow, when a three day weekend for the kiddoes start lol. Calgon take me away.

Coconut oil and I are not getting along too well I am afraid. For some reason it upsets my stomach( gives me a rash too). No dairy either so I can't figure out a way to do the hit of fat in it.

Ahhh...I have felt bloated this week and not really losing...wondering about my bulletproof coffee now if it is too much of something...

I am starting that lovely perimenopausal junk so I usually chalk it up to hormone levels if its just a few days, especially bloat. That or dehydration if I am going overboard on the coffee or tea. Besides which you and I have been losing at a pretty steady clip, maybe its just a little slowdown.

Nicholaix, do you know if your coconut oil is refined or not? Just wondering if it's refined, if stuff used in the refining process could be the problem?

The first kind I bought tasted too much like coconut. Coconut does not belong in coffee lol. Since then I bought 2 different brands and both gave me an upset stomachs and the last one gave me a rash, not quite hives but itchy as heck. So I am not going to push my luck.
