Well, the last few days have been hectic for me and I know I haven't been good on getting on here and recording everything - which makes me watch what I'm doing. But, here I am and I lost some more, so I am real happy with that!!!

Now I have to keep trying on my challenges, reducing my thighs (which is greatly needed) and drinking more water!

We'll see how it goes....
197.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
