I'm excited. I start spring break this week. My kids don't until the end of the month. I really plan on taking advantage of this though and really step up my exercise. It's the perfect week to get into some good habit before school starts up again.

And it even sort of feels like spring break outside! I'm looking forward to trying to get a little outdoor exercise this weekend. Happy break.

Mntwinsfan: Sounds like a plan. I am thinking of switching my exercise / yoga to early morning at about 6:30am - I just have to figure out a new sleeping pattern to support that!

I'm hating that the sun gets up so late right now thanks to daylight savings time. I can't wait for enough light and heat to head out for my walks at 7am.

I like the morning walks too. I'm actually more of a morning person. I have a ton of energy when I first wake up!
