Ugh yesterday was a bad day for me. Idk just let silly stress get to me and ate Wendy's and had some chips. I didn't go for a walk either. It's ok. Today is a new day. Yesterday I felt so gross :P

When I am stressed and I eat something I shouldn't I feel worse (physically worse) .. I understand what you mean. Today you get to write a new chapter - keep the focus on your plan!

I wonder if it's a mental or physical misery for myself. I do the guilt trips, but you'd think I'd be jump up happy after a splurge and I'm not.

I know what you mean. I've become very introspective, questioning WHY I want to eat whatever food. Sometimes I find it's an emotional thing, and I work through it. But if it's just the simple fact that the food tastes good, well then I may eat it. But only a carefully measured amount and log it in. I think you're doing great!

Yep me too ClassicRocker. Sometimes I just need to refocus my thoughts. If I'm really craving food, but it's an emotional thing and I'm not really hungry I need to walk or just go outside or something. If I stay in the kitchen or sitting on the couch I will over eat.
