I so need to re-up on south beach. =S Ugh.. not looking forward to that. You can do it... take it one meal/snack at a time! :)

Hang in there! You can do it. SO many healthy foods this time of year to keep you occupied. Think non-processed, fresh foods and enjoy!

Try going to a Farmers Market and buy some fresh homegrown "goodies" and enjoy. Maybe that will help you get back on track easier. Be sure to eat your protein, that helps reduce cravings faster than anything.

Don't be too hard on yourself, you *will* have up and down days, and the cravings may never go away. Bring yourself back patiently, gently...

Getting back on track can be tough. For me getting certain "tastes" back in my mouth sometimes gets me on a roll ... and not necessarily a positive roll. I like everyones suggestions about getting non-processed fresh foods, adequate protein ... and of course being patient with yourself. I also agree with Info ... the cravings may never (completely) go away. So, one step at a time ... you have done this before and you CAN do it now!!

Protein helps stop those cravings for me. Maybe that would work for you too. Good luck.
