I don't know what is wrong with me but the past week I have been STARVING! I can't seem to get enough to satisfy me so I have been over my RDI several times this past week and craving sugar specifically. I don't know what to do.......

Try snacking on baby carrots or pea pods. You get through the hand to mouth snack desire for 35 calories. Another option is to get a little sugar. Try Cinnamon Imperials, 36 of them is 60 cal. Just eat one at a time. :)

Cinnamon Imperials? Are these cookies or candies?

They are those little red cinnamon candies that a lot of people put on Christmas Cookies. They are in both the candy aisle AND in the cake decorating aisle, but waaaaaay cheaper in the candy aisle.

Thanks, I think I have some in my pantry. I bought them to make baked apples for my husband. He can eat ANYTHING and never gains a lb. :(

I know what you mean. My husband eats like a horse and is as thin as a rail....He is adorable though. ;-)
