Scales down this morning, .8, I'll take it. I hope I can keep it off as I have a Drs. appt. tomorrow. Sad to think I have to worry about a weigh in at my Drs.

Weekend is coming up and that is where I always fail. It's mostly the irregular eating and then throw in eating out a couple times...too easy to eat out when you are on the go. I've got to be careful. I want to be down on Monday morning.

I know weekends are the hardest for me too. Its just easier to eat out when your not at home..Take into account your clothes you wear to the doc's. If I wear jeans I weigh alot more...Have a good day...Bren

Hi Bren....unfortunately I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to weighing in! LOL!! I think I need to throw my scales away too. I get on it too much. My scales was up this morning and I was within my calories too. I'm a little discouraged this morning and it's way too early to be discouraged. Have a great weekend! Mary Rose
