No breakfast today. I woke up late, around 8am and got on the treadmill, showered & went with hubby to do a job. After the job he dropped me off at public transportation for trip to the city to keep our daughter company over the weekend. Her husband is out of town for the month & I didn't want her to feel lonely.
She eats most meals at work, so her cupboard was bare. We walked to the store and bought food for 2 days.
For lunch I made baby kale salad with zucchini, red onion, cucumber, red pepper & roasted chicken. I forgot to get a salad dressing I could eat, so I used what she already had on hand. High carbs :(
Dinner was salmon, zucchini, red onion, red pepper & Parmesan cheese
