Today is the start of a change...and this time I am NOT falling off the wagon.
This will be my second time going on weight watchers. This time however I won't be doing this by going to meetings. I just don't have the money. That's been my excuse for all of this weight loss problems. I don't have the money to attend meetings, I don't have the money to buy healthier food, I don't have the money to buy a membership at a gym...it's all just fear and excuses.
I did a great job on WW the first time around before I got pregnant with my daughter. Then I just never decided to get back on track.
Before the summer I planned to lose 30 pounds before my 30th birthday...now it is 9 weeks before my birthday and I've done NOTHING.
I am not excited to look in the mirror. I hate that I can't fit any of my clothing...and to make matters worse I hate the way I feel about myself...I have to do this for ME...I NEED to do this for me.
But what do I eat...

Comments
Set a smaller goal, like adding veggies to every meal or cutting out bread. Eat the same food that you always did to get fat, but cut out just one thing like potatoes or bread. Good luck!
