Very happy. The meal planning has been the best decision for me right now. It still took some willpower because I definitely wanted to stray from my plan lol, but it helped me be able to eat through out the day instead of eating all my calories by lunch. Now I just need to add exercise. Today I'm taking the kids to the zoo. And now that the weather is warming up I'm going to take my dogs for a walk. I'd like to get some small weights for the house too.

Good for you making steady progress. I definitely enjoy working out from home more, and I started using the giant 3 lb peanut butter jars from Costco as my weights. Sometimes you can get creative with laundry detergent, gallon jugs of water... Curling those babies will burn some calories. Now I have invested in some 5 and 8 lb hand weights.
